Most of the university students who took part in the research stated that after they cry they think more clearly (%30) , they get more affected to men’s crying than to women’s crying (%31) and they commiserate (%58) when they see an old person crying. They likewise state that they sometimes feel weak against crying people and perceive people who cry often as problematical. Almost half of the partipicants have stated that they can’t stand their parents’ crying. The results of the research show that university students cry easily most when they are by their friends, but they can’t stand their parents’ crying.
