And since the sectors open to competition differ, including the financial and economic sectors, the specificity of each agency must be taken into account to suit the sector it controls, and from it the independent regulatory authorities differed and varied according to their legal adaptation and then according to their administrative organization as well as their area of specialization. The Algerian legislator has imported the French model, although there is a peculiarity of the situation in Algeria compared to France, and the legislator is still swinging in the extension of experience to all economic sectors, and it may regress in some sectors.
