Sumario:The article discusses differences and interrelations of strategic and crisis management. Ways for further development of crisis management at the intersection of economics, psychology, physiology, law, management and other disciplines are being proposed. The conclusion is made that crisis management is a new management paradigm. The model “subject to management – mechanic system” gave place to the model “subject to management – living organism”. The new model in the frame of crisis management allows studying subject to management’s adaptation to changes as an attribute feature of any living organism.
