The research method used is descriptive. 40 respondents were interviewed using semi-structured questionnaires. Likert scale and Rank Spearman were used to analyse the data. The findings of the study show that the farmers motivation to produce Kopyor coconut are in medium score which mainly focus on fulfilling physiological needs.
