The first type is based on individual achievement of results and work at big enterprises with foreign participation. The second type of career is connected with work at Russian enterprises in managerial positions and individual activity. The third type is oriented at professional development through help of friends and acquaintances. Individual building of career lines is combined with a serious need in professional knowledge and preferences for different subjects. Certain contradictions in assessing subjects’ importance necessary for professional development were found.Elena Yu.
