However, it also revels new opportunities, on the one hand, the reasons for the progressive abandonment of the central areas of Montevideo, held by capital, as well as the challenge to innovate in urban planning and public policies based on access to abandoned or underused urban land, promoting an essential ecological transition post pandemic.
