For this, we used methodologically, the techniq ues of social network analysis in 366 identified. The main results concerned that journals that were highlighted in this study were: RAC and RAE. The HEIs: USP, UFSC and FURB have excelled in the production of bibliometric papers. And the themes that were emphasized in bibliometric studies were: teaching and research in accounting and scientific methodology.
