Coupled BEM and FEM in Dynamic Analysis of Tanks Filled with a Liquid

In this paper the numerical procedure based on a coupling the finite element formulation and the boundary element method is developed for the forced vibration analysis of shells of revolution partially filled with the fluid. We obtained numerical results for dynamic problems for the cylindrical and...

We obtained numerical results for dynamic problems for the cylindrical and conical shells interacting with a liquid both in the absence of the disturbing force (free vibrations) and with given external dynamic effects (forced vibrations).
