Sumario:The strategic management of a projectoriented medical institution in the context of a significant impact of external (to medical projects) environment requires effective tools to be introduced. The paper considers the second stage of strategic management – the stage of development of a medical institution’s strategy based on the results of studying the external environment and analysis of encirclement strategies in order to determine its own strategic benchmarks. The mission of an organization is regarded as an entity that unites an array of aspects of a medical institution’s development. P2M serves as the main standard applicable to the sphere of medicine. Using the theory of systems, we conduct a structural analysis of the strategy of a projectoriented medical institution and formalization of a model for a medical institution strategy development. The proposed tools can expand the range of modern methodological tools for effective strategic management of a projectoriented medical institution. This will ensure its functioning and sustainable development in the long term under high turbulence typical of the modern environment for medical projects’ implementation.
