Amongst the main contributions they deserve prominence the question of the existence of a technological difference enters the economies of the world, as well as the significant investments in necessary R&D in the development of technology of border for the insertion in the international market. Brazil is directly concern with this problematic in order it more keeps commercial relations with economic and technological developed countries.
