Generally, PAVMs were congenital, most commonly associated with (Hereditary hemorrhagic teleangiectasia (HHT). The age of diagnosis is very variable, range neonatal to adulthood, mostly diagnosed in the first 3 decades of life and clinical manifestations occur later in life generally.
