The study was carried out on 254 administrative personnel who have been working in a teaching and research hospital that has been operating in Ankara. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, consisting of factors affecting motivation level scale was prepared by Ay (2006) and developed by the developed Hakmal (2009) and organizational commitment scale that was prepared by Meyer and Allen (1991) and socio-demographic characteristics of the participants. According to the findings of the research, here were relationships between organizational commitment and managerial and organizational factors, social factors, fees and promotions, work, working conditions and workload in the medium level and there was a relationship between organizational commitment and colleagues that are consist of motivation factors. According to the results of the regression analysis, managerial and organizational factors, wages and promotion and work had a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment.
