Sumario: | The article analyzes the internal and external socio-political factors and processes that undermine the stability of the mechanism of public management in Russia: corruption, nepotism, excessive centralization of power, lack of national idea uniting and mobilizing type. The solution to the problem the author sees in the expansion of the political participation of active citizens and civil society organizations in monitoring government processes, as well as the need for the development of spiritual-ideological foundations of Russian statehood.
Objective: based on the analysis of destructive factors and processes characteristic of modern Russia, to identify potential to improve the sustainability of public administration.
Method: the main research system is the IU-TOD, as in the analysis of critical segments of the state to manage used structural-functional method and the value-normative approach.
Results: conclusions and recommendations for improving the sustainability of the process of governance in modern Russia in the conditions of crisis by expanding civic participation and the formation of the national idea of unification-catalytic type.
Area of application: materials of the research are intended for possible use in optimization of work of bodies of state administration in Russia. |
