This is a descriptive study designed as a general screening model. The study was conducted with 264 high school student (147 female and 117 males) at 10th, 11th, 12th grades. The age range of study group was 14-18. The grade averages and academic achievement of the students were taken into consideration. The data related from Career Beliefs Inventory (Ulu, 2007), Career Values Scale (Atli, 2012), Personal Information Form which was prepared by the researcher. In addition to them, the data of the students, academic achievement were obtained from E-Okul. At the analysis of data, Arithmetic mean, Standard deviation, Multiple linear regression analysis, Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient were used. According to the findings of the research, it was seen that career beliefs, gender, and academic achievement was significant predictor of team, physical, leadership, gain, creativity and help career values of students. But was not significant predictor of friendship, freedom, and health career values. Finding showed that the important career value for students is gain. While the level of academic success is increasing, importance of physical and team work career value is decreasing. Also male students reck the leadership career value more than the female students; with it female students reck the helping career value more than the male students.
