One puts forward the idea that the nation-state - is an institution designed primarily to express the general social interests of citizens seeking to gain through the institution of the state to strengthen its independence from the TNC and other countries. Analyzing the new Constitution of Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia, the author characterizes the constitutional mechanism to protect the rights of citizens as a new direction to protect their sovereignty.M.
