A single-chain antibody generation system yielding CAR-T cells with superior antitumor function

With the aim of optimizing CAR-T cells for immunotherapy, Ochi et al. have established a system to generate and screen a library of CAR-T cells expressing different immunoglobulin variable regions. They show that this approach can enhance anti-tumour activities of CAR-T cells in vivo.
