There is not enough information in the literature regarding the treatment of these lesions. Clinical Case: A 30-year-old male diagnosed with a simultaneous dislocation of the Lisfranc and Chopart joints who underwent a closed reduction and osteosynthesis with 3.5 mm screws and Kirschner nails. Conclusion: The early open reduction and internal fixation led to an adequate clinical result with a satisfactory evolution, which is consistent with what has been published in the literature.
