Thus, from a qualitative research, it was sought to identify the causes of violence as well as the practices adopted by teachers in order to deal with it in the school environment. In the survey, it was used questionnaires with open questions applied to a universe of ten school teachers from Elementary public schools from the city of Naviraí/MS. The result points to a dissatisfaction of teachers at the lack of public policies for that matter.
