Sumario:This article is the result of research that investigates the transformations in telecommunications after its privatization in 1998, focusing on companies in Rio de Janeiro. This work has been deeply relaxed and precarious, also as part of the strategies adopted by the capital, at global level, to face another one of its great crises, from the decade of 1970. Points out, that the flexibilization of labor relations affects certain groups (young people, women, black people), which compromises the forms of organization and workers representation. However, it concludes, that the analysis of the documents accessed - homologation files, e-mails of denunciations, Collective Agreements and Conventions of Work - in addition to interviews with union leaders and questionnaires with dismissed allow us to say that there is resistance from the workers against this logic of precariousness.
