The most substantial relationships between accountability were one of the principles of governance and overall institutional performance, and the lowest were the relationships between justice and equality as one of the principles of governance and overall institutional performance. Also, governance, with its various principles, explains its amount (66.2%) of the variance in the overall institutional performance.
