Sumario: | In modern conditions of management, when the world market of energy resources is unstable, the issue of effective state management and functioning of the fuel and energy complex of Russia is becoming especially relevant. The development of the national economy is impossible without a qualitative and planned development of the fuel and energy complex and its separate branches, and therefore there is a need to study the theoretical aspects of state regulation of sustainable development that can be used as the basis for the formation of a state policy for sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex.
Purpose: a study of the peculiarities of state regulation of the sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex functioning in an unstable geopolitical environment. Research of the basic elements of the mechanism of management of enterprises of fuel and energy complex in the conditions of the crisis phenomena.
Methodology: theoretical research, system analysis, deductive-inductive method.
Results. The basic mechanisms of state regulation of sustainable development are defined. The main structural elements of the mechanism of state regulation of the fuel and energy complex are revealed. The role of investment and innovation policy of the state in ensuring the conditions of sustainable development of the fuel and energy sector is determined.
Practical implications the results obtained can be applied by economic operators operating in the markets of the fuel and energy complex. |
