It was proved, that in patients of the senior age group, the expressed bony rarefication, a heavy accompanying pathology of a shoulderjoint (arthrosis of 2-3 grades, defeat of a joint at a number system diseases, etc.) and also at the treatment of consequences of traumas are unconditional, the preference should be given to endoprosthesis of a humeral joint, as to more effective method of treatment.V.
