Sumario: | Endelus lobanovi sp. n. from Norht-East India (Meghalaya State) is described and illustrated. This new species is characterized by the small moderately elongate body (length 3.1–3.9 mm), the bicolorous dorsal surface with the black head and the pronotum and the dark blue elytra, by well pronounced transversal keel near posterior third of the pronotum and other characters. It is closely related to some species from East Himalaya: E. nepalensis Bílý, 1983 from Nepal, Sikkim and West Bengal, as well as to two species described from Assam, E. ianthinipennis Obenberger, 1922 and E. assamensis Obenberger, 1922 (recorded also from China, Yunnan). Lectotypes are designated for E. assamensis and E. ianthinipennis |
