Sumario:Learning and development in children are in association with each other and they have an equal importance as in personal, social and emotional development, developing a means of communication, acquiring the ability to create new ideas, physical development, being able to establish arithmetical a cause and effect relation when encountered with problems and acquiring the knowledge for understanding and perceiving the world. All these competences appear in time when they are transformed into knowledge, skill and experience as a result growing, developing and learning. It should be known that it is necessary to examine the studies conducted concerning children and to follow them regularly in order to decide the approaches to be adapted and methods to be used for children’s education in the early childhood period. In some research studies conducted by researchers or persons who are interested, researchers examine even genotypes of parents with this purpose.
