The available surface is fully inscribed with hieroglyphic inscriptions in three fields; the top lunette consists of eleven neatly separated lines including Osiris's titles. The second field contains five horizontal lines of offering formulae Htp di nswt. Furthermore, there are two vertical columns on the left and right sides of the stela bear some official titles.
