| Sumario: | The function of corporate and finance control becomes more acute at the current stage of the Russian banking system evolution, when the importance of credit-monetary institutions grows both for economy in general and for the industry development. Emergence of new integrated banking structures and functioning of established ones often lack traditions and technologies dealing with designing and enhancing corporate control systems adapted to market relations. The article shows that a well-balanced system of corporate and state control could provide highly efficient work and at the same time could increase the rate of organization development. In order to make the control system, as a mechanism of management effective it should be developed on the basis of fundamental principles, meet key targets of the bank and take into account the impact of certain factors. |
