| Sumario: | The article describes method of research of lymph nodes of different groups, their main echographic and echometric indices in norm. The role of ultrasonic research in diagnostics of pathological changes of lymphatic system was showed. The advantages of method and the indications to their use at the pathology in children are described. The mostfrequent pathological changes of peripheral, intraperitoneal and retroperitoneal lymph nodes at various diseases in children are determined. Echographic picture of abscessed lymphadenitis is reliable in 100 % of cases, that was proved postoperatively. |
