The PCA was the biggest Argentinian leftist party in the early ´60s. Several ruptures with different scopes, that took place principally in that decade, focused research on the causes that would explain those splits. We suggest a reconstruction based on the inclusion of other elements on the basis of two main interpretations for the local Communist crises and revisiting their party journal in relation with the political history of the country. Our proposal considers that those elements were expressions of others present in the ´50s, in Latin America and the world.
