Sumario:Cancer stem-like cells are the culprits of tumour recurrence and metastasis, but their regulatory mechanisms are not fully understood. Here, the authors show that the scaffold protein SH3RF3 enhances the stem-like properties of breast cancer by facilitating activation of the JNK-JUN pathway and PTX3 expression.
