The article locuses on the theme 01evaluation because considering the context and discourse 01 constant scarcity 01 resources for the implementation 01 public policies, evaluation is an important tool for those who prepare and execute these pclicies. An evafuation can help correct the direction 01 the polícies adopted and to attaín the objectives and qoals.
