Such grouping provides an opportunity to introduce a differentiated approach to the development of methodological recommendations to staff planning. To solve this problem the authors conducted clusterization of Ukrainian iron and steel works. Within the frames of the said enterprises' groups the authors identified typical, with close characteristics managerial processes and features which should be taken into account while designing staff and planning numbers.Tatiana S.
