Sumario:Today, especially when the underlying causes of the events in globally are examined, it is often seen that they are relations of economic interest. Countries that want to protect and maintain their lives have to overtake other countries by means of following the experienced economic development in world closely and revealing their differences. Also those countries need to have entrepreneur candidates who know economics and have the skills for evaluating economic events. Considering this thought, in this study, we aim to examine the relationships between the concepts of economic literacy which means the skills for evaluating economic events and its effects, and entrepreneurial intention which means the intention for establishing ventures that would make a profit by means of making differences, and find out the role of economic literacy on entrepreneurial intention. With this purpose, the survey study was conducted among total 359 students who studied at third and fourth classrooms in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. According to research results, we found a significant relationship between economic literacy and entrepreneurial intention, and ascertain that economic literacy have a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.
