To extract the content-level features of the image safely and effectively, this paper introduces the mechanism of jitter quantization to extract the content-level features at the lowest frequency of the image. In addition, this article employs an experimental approach to investigate the function of red blood cell distribution width in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly. Finally, this article establishes an experimental group and a control group and then performs a research study using real-life hospital case studies.
