| Résumé: | The universe of work in contemporary capitalism produces multiple specificities in relation to the living and working conditions of the working class. Thus, this article aims to analyze the precariousness of labor relations in the service sector. The methodology envolved bibliographical and documentary research, as well as a case study that involved 121 workers enrolled in the trade sector in a Pole Clothing located in the state of Espirito Santo. The results indicate that in a contradictory movement, there is the mediation between the appreciation of capital and the complex relations of precariousness of work in the service sector. |
