Sumario:
This study proposes a set of knowledge management competences in business organizations, within a techno-cognitive framework, based on the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and aimed at the digital transformation that man lives today. It is a type of research or study in which a mixed model is applied (Dellinger and Leech, 2007), and that consists of a documentary review to identify the impact of digital transformation on business management, and an exchange of ideas with experts in the application of ICT and knowledge management, and taking into account the digital transformation of organizations. The work model of the study was mainly based on following the competency management model, with contributions from Lévy-Leboyer (1997) and De Ansorena (2001), the Influence of ICT in defining an organizational leadership profile (Sarell, 2013) and knowledge management (Mirabal, 2015). The product of this work provides energizing competences aimed at helping managers to adapt to problem solving, organizing work, improving initiatives and innovation, teamwork, upholding resistance to pressure, and developing flexibility and adaptation to change with ICT management, in addition to using productivity applications, knowing the fundamentals of the tools, managing knowledge communities, using applications in problems and projects, and the ability to use ICT for supervision purposes.

Keywords: Competency management, Information and communication technologies, Knowledge management, Digital transformation.
