However values diffused in the Italian civil society can be considered as a form of conflict with the established institution of Catholic Church. Civil society shows a peculiar trend towards civic freedoms and ethical pluralism. Although the Catholic perspective is dominant, the civil society prefers a different system of values, even though not so much different from ecclesiastical social doctrine. This way there is a public space where religion is not the reference point and other perspectives take place.Roberto CiprianiAcademicusarticlecivil society; diffused religion; politics; state; italySocial SciencesHEconomics as a scienceHB71-74ENAcademicus International Scientific Journal, Vol MMXIX, Iss 19, Pp 65-79 (2019) |
