Sumario: | The cooperative’s membership organization – OQS as a strategy and as a tool for the social and business management of a cooperative is a systematic process of communication and integration, which meets the need of the cooperative to communicate with their members directly and efficiently. This article aims to understand the functioning of the communication process of the agricultural cooperatives with their farmers, made possible by social management through the process of OQS, as well as the role of this tool at the interface of business management with social management. The research was descriptive and exploratory, and used a case study in an agricultural cooperative in Minas Gerais. Interviews, questionnaires, secondary data and participant observation were used to arrive at the results. These results allow to conclude that this tool fosters greater involvement between members of the cooperative, eliminates the gap between the cooperative and cooperative members, promote the socialization of members, the improvement of technical assistance services, production and productivity. |
