This article aims to understand the functioning of the communication process of the agricultural cooperatives with their farmers, made possible by social management through the process of OQS, as well as the role of this tool at the interface of business management with social management. The research was descriptive and exploratory, and used a case study in an agricultural cooperative in Minas Gerais. Interviews, questionnaires, secondary data and participant observation were used to arrive at the results.
