Sumario:Analysis of juvenile justice in the West shows that this system significantly expands the law court and social services while limiting the rights of parents. Social services can invade any family and formal criteria to take the child. The Central ideological category governing relations between parents and children is the priority of the rights of children above the rights of parents.
