In terms of the two-band conduction model, the main parameters of charge carriers were estimated. Experimental results are discussed in the framework of the diagrams of the electronic structure reconstruction, assuming a significant widening of chromium impurity band and its overlapping with the bottom of conduction band in the insulating phase.
