Sumario:The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of group counselling program which is prepared on the basis of cognitive behavioural approach on psychological resilience and level of humour of adolescents. The model of the study is pre-post-test, experiment and control group model. The experiment and control group consists of 8 adolescents. Data collection instruments are ‘Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale’ and 'Adolescent Humour Scale'. The 8-session program, each of which lasts for 90 minutes, was implemented in 8 weeks for an experimental group of 8 people. No study was done for the control group. Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test was used in the data analysis. As a result, group counselling program which is prepared on the basis of cognitive behavioural approach found to increase the psychological resilience and humour level of adolescents.
