The model of the study is pre-post-test, experiment and control group model. The experiment and control group consists of 8 adolescents. Data collection instruments are ‘Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale’ and 'Adolescent Humour Scale'. The 8-session program, each of which lasts for 90 minutes, was implemented in 8 weeks for an experimental group of 8 people. No study was done for the control group. Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test was used in the data analysis. As a result, group counselling program which is prepared on the basis of cognitive behavioural approach found to increase the psychological resilience and humour level of adolescents.
