The number of respondents in this study was 85 respondents. The respondents were people in the city of Denpasar. Data from the questionnaires were then analyzed using SEM-PLS. Based on the results, several conclusions are obtained namely (1) Word of Mouth has a positive but insignificant effect on the decision to adopt telemedicine. (2) Paramedic Communication Competence has a positive and significant effect on the decision to adopt telemedicine. (3) Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Trust in adopting telemedicine. (4) Paramedic communication competence has a positive and significant effect on Trust in adopting telemedicine. (5).
