Sumario:Vocal process granulomas are an uncommon pathology, typically arising from phonotrauma in males or after an iatrogenic injury such as intubation. In transgender patients, consideration of gender as a risk factor for certain pathologic conditions is typically based on gender assigned at birth. This case highlights the need to consider the effects of gender transition on pathologies with known gender-stratified risk profiles.
