Changes resulting from the neoliberal advance between the years 1995 and 2008, and the strategies of productive restructuring of capital in crisis and the neoliberal reforms of social policy from the Brazilian State Reform. It points out that those situations have focused on social issues and have changed the intervening field in which Social Service is inserted.
