Fundamentally, a university that facilitates and supports national and international collaboration, at the same time the mobility of its staff, students and their teachers. Academic mobility is one of t he main references of the processes and strategies of educational cooperation and, in addition to direct expression of the collaboration between institutions and governmental structures. Internationalization, regionalization and globalization of higher edu cation should be based on solidarity and mutual respect and promote the values of humanism and intercultural dialogue.
