Since the IAC Report is a special text with a complex structure and a high number of scientific terms, its translation causes a variety of problems. Excerpts of the Report were translated into Polish by the students of the Faculty of Applied Linguistics of the University of Warsaw. The results of the comparative analysis of students’ translations and the corresponding excerpts of the official translation are surprising.
