We investigate the sharpness of the reaction of an individual with given type of character to penalties and bonuses. The effectiveness of financial incentives for staff was investigated. The recommendations for determining the optimal size of penalties and bonuses, as well as the maximum value of wages, taking into account the individual employee psychotype was given.Vasilii M.
