Hence the importance of our research’s subject, which will address the most important controls and restrictions mentioned by the legislator on the application of the principle of personal conviction of the criminal judge, which are the guarantees that ensure the protection of individuals rights and society alike in order to achieve the necessary balance between the two interests. |
