| Sumario: | In 1970 and in anonymity, the Argentinean philosopher José Sazbón put together Análisis de Michel Foucault as part of his structuralism’s work. He selected and translated a series of texts for the publishing house Tiempo Contemporáneo. However, Foucault’s presence within Argentina’s political, cultural and intellectual fields was demonstrated even before by the quotations at the end of the ’50s and the local publication of his first book. Following these traces is the excuse and the opportunity to analyze inscriptions that will continue over the years to follow. On one hand, some first uses in relation with psychology and psychoanalysis appeared. On the other hand, cornered by Foucault’s inscription within the structuralism, an early and more general circulation of his work started in Argentina during the years 1960-1970. Accepted and criticized, Foucault’s elaborations influenced during those years fields that went from psychology to philosophy. |
